About this meeting

LOFAR, the Low Frequency Array, is now entering its most exciting stage: the moment of completion is advancing and science observations will become possible in the near future. The commissioning projects resulting from last Fall's Call for Proposals are being performed, stations are being added continuously, and the processing pipelines are making significant progress. The purpose of this two-day workshop is to bring together scientists and (software) engineers who are interested in using and/or developing LOFAR for studying cosmic magnetism. The goal of the workshop is to develop plans for the immediate future in the sense of work packages for commissioning observations and data processing. Also, the workshop will provide updates on LOFAR's current status and outlook, and some new scientific results.
