In the near or more distant future LEL will be enhanced by adding new
features and by doing optimizations.
- Handle slices like image[1:10:2, 5:]
which defines the section directly in pixel coordinates (with
stride 2 for the first axis).
- Do optimization by reordering the expression.
- Do optimization by recognizing common subexpressions.
