The Regionmanager tool manages image regions of interest. It has a
custom GUI interface.
The functionality of the Regionmanager tool is as follows.
- Create simple pixel-coordinate based regions
- Create simple world-coordinate based regions
- Create compound regions from simple world and other compound regions
- Create regions interactively (with the Viewer)
- Save and restore regions to and from Tables
- Convert pixel to world regions
- Utility functions
