Welcome on the the Wiki pages for NorthStar. NorthStar is a web-based system for submitting proposals for allocation time for Radio telescopes across Europe. This web-based tool has been baptised as Northstar which stands for : Net-based Observing Request Tool Handling Submissions To ASTRON and RadioNet.
The goal of this wiki is to help out programmers, system administrators and others who will work on NorthStar. All the information needed should be available here in the near future.
