SKADS MCCT Technical Workshop

PRE-REGISTRATION
The registration fee for the workshop is € 150. In order to be considered
for participation, people are kindly asked to pre-register on the workshop
web site. The deadline for sending the Pre-Registration is 16 October
2007. You will be informed about whether your registration request has
been accepted no later than 19 October.
Especially female researchers are strongly encouraged to participate in this workshop.
Grants
A number of grants are available for participants from EU eligible
countries (see below) to attend the workshop. For each EU-eligible participant
the costs of accommodation and lodging will be covered (5 nights), plus
a contribution for the travel, which should be enough to ensure low
cost flying. Any additional night (either before or after the school)
will be at the expenses of the participant.
To apply for a grant you should indicate this at the time of pre-registration
and email a presentation letter signed by your supervisor or the Director
of the affiliated Institute describing the relevance of your attendance
to workshops@astron.nl
