The ASTRON laboratories are well equipped for performing accurate measurements on high frequency and high speed analogue, digital and optical circuits. Experienced design and test engineers have a large variety of advanced test and measurement equipment available such as frequency spectrum and network analyzers, power meters and high speed digital oscilloscopes and logic analyzers. Hardware development is taking place at two large laboratory areas and a number of technical facilities. Final integration and micro assembly work can be done in the optical and electronic Test and Integration area's.
