The image shown below was produced by the EVN (18cm) using wide-field
techniques to avoid time and bandwidth smearing. The detection
of hot-spots in the arcsecond scale jets (as seen by the VLA)
is clear. Many other sources could benefit from the application
of a wide-field analysis...
