We often travel to Australia in the (northern) summer. It is our favourite destination (we actually lived in Sydney for over 4 years). We usually rent a big 4x4 and go bush... One very nice place to go is Venice, in particular when there is the Biennale.
My family and me like to see the world. As often as we can, we go and visit interesting places. Fortunately, our work (my wife is an astronomer too) gives us the opportunity to travel a lot. We often combine a conference with a holiday.
