Payment of the registration fee

Conference participants are requested to pay the registration fee to ASTRON using the online payment platform ‘Multisafepay’. You can pay via bank transfer, Mastercard, Visa and Ideal (Ideal only in the Netherlands).

 

In the payment subject line, please mention ‘NAC2015 First name Last name’.

 

After paying through ‘Multisafepay’ you will receive two e-mails: one to confirm that you made the payment and one to enable you to track and trace the payment.

 

It is not possible to pay (cash nor card) at the conference.

 

In case an institute must pay registration fees for 8 or more participants, we offer the possibility to pay via a regular bank transfer. To make use of this option the institute secretariat should email the LOC at nac2015@astron.nl and specify:
- your institute/address/other details if necessary 
- first name and last name of participants.
We will then send a proforma invoice so you can pay by bank transfer.
In other cases, we cannot accept bank transfers; please pay using the Multisafepay system.

The registration fee for NAC 2015 is:
€ 325 in case of single use hotel room (staff)
€ 250 in case of double-use, shared hotel room (students, post-docs)
For participation in the conference without hotel reservation, the registration fee is € 250.

 

Deadline for registration: April 8, 2015
Deadline for payment of the registration fee: April 8, 2015

IMPORTANT: if you cancel the hotel room after April 16, 2015 costs of the room will not be reimbursed to you or your institute (the hotel will charge the costs to the organizers).
