Venue, accommodation and logistics

The workshop will take place at ASTRON in Dwingeloo, the Netherlands. www.astron.nl
Dwingeloo is in the north-east of the Netherlands, and can be reached in about 20 minutes by either private car or taxi from Hoogeveen railway station.

Hotel reservation:
The participants will be accommodated at Fletcher hotel de Borken (http://www.hoteldeborken.nl) in the nearby town of Dwingeloo. This hotel is 1.5 km from ASTRON. Participants are requested to make their own hotel room reservation. To do so, you can send an email to info@hoteldeborken.nl, mentioning the code "HI-workshop". The price of a single room for single use is 67,50 euros. The price of a double room including 2 persons is 77,00 euros. These prices are including breakfast. The block reservation for hotel rooms will expire on Saturday 13 May. After this date, reservations are on the basis of availability.
It is possible to rent a bike in the hotel for 10,00 euros per day, please inform the hotel when you make a hotel reservation.

Welcoming reception:
You are very welcome to join the welcoming reception at Hotel de Borken, Tuesday 13 June from 18:00-20:00 in the “wintertuin”.

Workshop dinner:
On Thursday 15 June we will organize a workshop dinner in Dwingeloo. If you want to join please mention this at registration.
