The conference will take place at The Falkensteiner Club Funimation Borik, right by the sea, located 3.5km from the city center of Zadar in northern Dalmatia, Croatia. The resort combines three- (hotel Donat ***) or four- star (Club Funimation Borik ****) accommodation with the special room rates for participants of the conference.
Note that the special room rates expire after April 15, 2011!
After April 15, rooms can be only reserved on the basis of availability.
Once you register, you will receive details for room reservation.
Due to very limited room availability for the night of Saturday 21 May,
we encourage participants to arrive on Sunday 22 May.
The block reservation for the conference runs from Sunday 22 May to Sunday 29 May.

Zadar is well connected with European destinations either by direct flights or by connecting flights via Zagreb, the capital of Croatia. Flights from Zagreb to Zadar are operated by Croatia Airlines, the national airline of the Republic of Croatia, and a member of Star Alliance. There is also possibility to take a bus from Zagreb to Zadar (~3.5h). In order to do so you need to reach Zagreb Bus Station (Autobusni kolodvor) in the city center of Zagreb. Zagreb Airport and Zagreb Bus Station are connected by bus (www.plesoprijevoz.hr). When buying a bus ticket (Zagreb-Zadar), please ask for fast buses (~3.5h, the ones that take the highway).
Once you arrive to Zadar Airport or Zadar Bus Station you can either use local buses or a taxi to reach the Falkensteiner resort complex (hotel Funimation/Donat, Majstora Radovana 7, Borik, Zadar).
In Croatia the currency is kuna (kn or HRK). It is subdivided into 100 lipa.

Please note that EUR will not be accepted in shops and restaurants. We recommend you to
exchange your money at the airport, or get some from ATM.
