LOFAR workshop

Registration

Please register through the conference web site. The registration deadline is March 1, 2007. The logistic will limit the number of participants to 100. In case we get more registrations that we can accept, the SOC will have to select eligible participants, placing the remaining ones in a waiting list.

The Conference fee is EUR 350 if paid through bank transfer before March 1, 2007 and EUR 380 if paid cash at the conference desk. This conference fee includes food, lodging, abstract book, evening activities, field trip and conference banquet.

Financial Support

We expect to have some funding available to provide financial support especially for Young scientists. Participants who wish to request financial support should state that in the registration form. The Participants will be notified soon after March 1st about the outcome of their request.

 

Financial Support

Abstract submission Participants who wish to present a contribution to the workshop are requested to submit title, abstract, and type of presentation (poster or 15-20min talk) along with the registration form. The deadline for the Abstracts and Registration is March 1st, 2007. The presentations (posters) accepted for the conference will be made known soon after the selection by the SOC.
