Lofar stop-day (7-8-2018) review meeting

Present: Hopko, Robin, Thomas, Sander, Adriaan, Jasmin, Teun

We used the activities list of the wiki as an agenda: 

• Cobalt – No remarks
• Cep3 – The normal stop-day work went okay. Jasmin: We noticed 8 degraded CEP3 RAID arrays yesterday. How do we proceed with this? Hopko: We have ordered 11 new disks and expect them to arrive soon. There is no need in freeing a complete system yet.
• Cep4 – No remarks
• Lexars – During some tests with supervisord an operator error was made.

1. Sdos checklist outdated/incomplete. Need to talk to Arno. Adriaan will update the wiki.
2. supervisord problem scu001 (caused by Teun).

How do we deal with the Lofar school. We need to cleanup CEP4. There is a risk of not having any data for the school (over 40 participants).

If the CEP4 Slurm update causes problems, we don’t have any data. We must set aside some data on CEP3 before the update.

(SOS) ms-overview did not work during the stop-day’

Please test Slurm updates in the future before going into production.
