Registration

The registration fee for ERIS 2013 is 150 euro. It will cover:

  • Hotel accommodation
  • Breakfasts and lunches
  • Coffee, tea, lunches during the school from 9 till 13 September 2013
  • Visit to the LOFAR core and school dinner on Wednesday 12 September

Hotel reservation

In addition to registering to participate to the school, you should make your own room booking at the hotel de Borken. While making the hotel room reservation, please refer to the code ERIS2013. A block reservation has been made and will expire on 1 May 2013.
To keep easier track of ERIS related bookings, you are asked not to make an online reservation, but reserve a hotel room only in one of the following ways:

  • send an email to info@hoteldeborken.nl or
  • make a reservation by phone: +31 (0)347 - 750 474 or Fax: +31(0)521 - 597 287

At the moment of the booking, please indicate whether you would like to share the room with a specific participant of the school. More information about the hotel http://www.hoteldeborken.nl/en/. Note that the hotel has a swimming pool. Bring your swimsuit with you in case you would like to use this facility.

 

Please note that any room reservation outside the period Sep 8 to 13 must be paid by the participant. Note that Dwingeloo is a touristic destination in September, therefore the availability of rooms outside of the school period might be limited.

 



If you need a visa to enter the Netherlands, please start the application process as soon as possible. We can provide you with an invitation letter if you need one. In such a case, please contact us at eris2013@astron.nl.
