Venue and Accommodation

The workshop will take place at ASTRON in Dwingeloo, Netherlands.

Dwingeloo is in the north-east of the Netherlands, and can be reached in about 20 min. by either private car or taxi from Hoogeveen, the nearest bigger city on the main motorway A28 and railway line from Amsterdam Schiphol airport. Direct trains to Hoogeveen leave the airport every hour at 19 min. past the hour to arrive in Hoogeveen a little bit less than two hours later at 13 min. past the hour. We can arrange for taxis (or private shuttle buses at peak travel times) from/to Hoogeveen. For that purpose please fill in your time of arrival in Hoogeveen and departure from ASTRON/hotel in the registration form.

Please reserve your hotel room at the conference hotel Van der Valk Spier as soon as possible. The block reservation will expire on November 1, 2011; after expiry reservations are on the basis of availability.

Room rates are € 109,50 incl. breakfast and tax.
