Production of first series of the LOFAR Low Band LNA for CS1,2

| Description: | The first series of the low noise Low Band Amplifier is in full progress. A total number of 200 boards will be produced and tested in the comming week. Testing is performed using the Semi-automated testsetup designed by ASTRON. The folowing steps are shown from production: -Allignment of one panel before putting on solder paste. -Determination of temperature coefficients of the reflow oven using a temperature sniffer on the panel -The steel paste mask of one panel -Mounting of components using automated SMD vacuum nozzle in pick and place machine -Testing of the LBA LNA's |
