Corrector lens in D-box

Submitter: Rik ter Horst
Description: Step by step the integration of the optics for the NIR-arm of the X-Shooter spectrograph takes shape... This picture shows the Meniscus-shaped Corrector Lens which is part of the Collimator Box. This lens mainly corrects for coma and astigmatism, caused by the tilts of the mirrors in the box, and also for some residual chromatic aberrations.
