| Description: | On Wednesday 18 November 2009, five new information panels were placed at the Dwingeloo telescope. They replaced the old ones that have been quite worn down during the years in the wind and rain. Although the wind had developed into quite a storm, the guys from the installation company managed to set them up safely.
The new panels give information about the Dwingeloo telescope and its discoveries. They also give new and up to date information about the activities of CAMRAS and ASTRON’s Westerbork Synthesis Radio Telescope and LOFAR. JIVE has placed a new panel as well, describing its activities.
