| Description: | As part of the ASTRON/JIVE summer student program, weekly lectures on astronomical topics will be given throughout the summer. Every Tuesday, a different lecturer will entertain the summer students and all others who are interested. Today will be a twin lecture given by our pulsar guys Jason Hessels and Vlad Kondratiev, about the LOw Frequency ARray LOFAR. Everyone is welcome! NOTE: this lecture will start in the Hooghoudt room at 11:30 instead of the usual 11:00!! The schedule can be found here. |
