| Description: | On the 3rd of April, a group of 17 enthusiasts gathered in the canteen for an exciting evening of poker! First, the less experienced players were introduced to the game by Harm Jan Pepping and Roelof Boesenkool. After a few warming-up rounds the official poker game started at 19:30. It was a pleasure to watch everybody's intensity of play. At 22:30 all games were ended and the total scores were calculated. Although some of the tactics of the beginners could be considered as highly unwise or thoughtless, it was beginner Adriaan Renting who scored the overall best result, which made him Astron Poker Master of 2012.
