| Description: | At the XXVIII General Assembly of the International Astronomical Union in Beijing, the European VLBI Network joined an exquisite club of several dozen organisations – sponsors of the event - via participating in the traditional IAU exhibition. The EVN booth presented the realm of European VLBI, as well as the two closely associated EVN EC FP7 projects, NEXPReS and RadioNet. For the entire duration of the Assembly, the booth was kindly staffed by young radio astronomers from the Shanghai and Urumqi astronomical observatories, members of the EVN.
