Description: | Last Sunday night, 18 November, the atmospheric conditions were highly conducive, so it was time to grab my 200 mm F/25 Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope to take some images of Jupiter. In fact I took a lot, so I was able to make a short animation of a "rolling" planet. Each frame of the animation sequence is a stack of 2000 short (<<1s) exposures, captured with a DBK21 camera. The software of Autostakkert!2 and Photoshop was used to process the images and to create the animation. |
