| Description: | The JIVE Council gathers in front of the new logo, just introduced to the crowd celebrating the inauguration of JIVE as a European Research Infrastructure Consortium. A little bit more than twenty years ago, JIVE was formed with the mission to build a powerful data processor for the European VLBI Network, and support the operations and the users of the EVN. It has certainly done an excellent job (as we were told). We are looking forward to the next twenty years as a new legal entity, an ERIC. |
