Mastery in communication workshop

Submitter: André Gunst
Description: Recently, the third edition was held of the internal workshop "Mastery in communication". In only two hours the participants learned the basics of the Process Communication Model (PCM) https://processcommunication.nl/). They have discovered more about themselves and the other participants, to establish a more effective communication between each other. The groups were very diverse and consisted of people from different departments in JIVE, NOVA and ASTRON.

Here are some quotes from participants of the workshop:
  • Zsolt (JIVE): "The format was excellent and the few hours I spent on this was really worth it."
  • Lonneke (ASTRON): "André, as the course leader, creates the right environment to open up and have fun in the proces."
  • Eddy (NOVA): "Dikke aanrader. André weet een prettige dynamiek op te bouwen (met de assistentie van Christine)tussen theorie, zijn persoonlijke verhalen, polls (!) en korte interacties in paren."
  • Betsey (ASTRON): "I would definitely recommend people take it - I remember it making me think and reflect in a very good way."
  • Carla (ASTRON): "I found the workshop to be lively and very interactive."

Is this the first time you hear about the workshop? Or do you regret not having joined the past workshops? Please, don't hesitate any longer and reserve a seat for the next one by sending a message to Christine Werkhoven (werkhoven@astron.nl) who organizes them.

I hope to see you in the next workshop, because it is never too late to learn who you really are.
