Telescopes Puzzle route number 2: ASTRON

| Description: | Did you enjoy walking ASTRON's first Telescope Puzzle route 'LOFAR'? The second Telescope Puzzle route, in Dwingeloo, is now available! The Telescopes Puzzle route ASTRON can be downloaded on mobile phone via the app Beleefroutes. People who are interested in nature and astronomy, can walk this 4,5 kilometre scenic walk on their own (offline), starting from the car park near Schaapskooi Achter het Zaand. Along their way through the woods around ASTRON, the hikers learn about the history of the Dwingeloo telescope and by visiting all the points on the route, they will discover the puzzle word at the end. Hike this route and/or the LOFAR route yourself! Hopefully, the third Telescopes Puzzle Route along WSRT will be available in March. |
