ESCAPE to the future.

| Description: | In the last three and a half years, representatives from European research infrastructures (political lingo for what otherwise is refered to as instruments) worked together in the ESCAPE project to work towards a unified view on how to make future scientific endeavours accessible in a distributed, federated environment known as the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC). In January, the project will come to an end. On 25 - 26 October, the closeout meeting (called “ESCAPE to the Future”) found place at the natural history museum in Brussels. This meeting was a great opportunity for those who started in the project during the peak of the pandemic as well as those who have been in the project from the start to meet their collaborators, while observing some dinosaur skeletons at. Since ASTRON and Jive both took a very active role in the project, a strong delegation from Dwingeloo showed up (how many can you spot?) |
