| Description: | Spring marks the end of hibernation for animals and humans alike. To get in the rhythm of going outside again, and to offer a low-barrier way to incorporate exercise into our work-day routines, we recently held two Bike To Work Days. A little bit of group support can go a long way toward making this change, and keeping it up for the summer season. Anything went, train+bike, e-bike, car+bike, or regular old all-the-way-from-home biking. Both on the Nationale Fiets Naar Je Werk Dag (last Thu in May) as on the Longest-Day Bike to Work Ride (June 21) a number of ASTRON-ners enjoyed excellent weather to ride in to work, post their selfies, mishaps, vistas, and strava stats on the #bike-to-work slack channel.
