| Description: | For the first time since 2019, the ASTRON/JIVE Astrofest returned. We brought together the astronomers of the two institutes in the wonderful Theatre de Spiegel, Zwolle. We had talks ranging from radio exoplanets to how to win at GeoGuessr https://www.geoguessr.com/). After a day of hearing about what people are working on or their hobbies, we had a borrel and pub quiz in the Belgische Keizer. Astrofest was really a great chance to get to know everyone working on astronomy problems at ASTRON and JIVE. I am already looking forward to Astrofest 2024! |
