Description: | Production of the LOFAR2.0 Subrack modules started, after a long period of design, testing and verification in 2024. The company Variass in Veendam acquired the production of the LOFAR2.0 RCU2 modules. Variass produced in total 2859 High-Band RCU2H modules and another 3601 Low-Band RCUL modules. This production include modules for all the Dutch LOFAR stations as well as for the current and two new international stations. Currently the modules are integrated in the Subracks and installed in the various stations after a successful verification test.
