| Description: | JIVE hosted the "Next Generation Correlators for Radio Astronomy and Geodesy" workshop on 27-29 June 2006 in Groningen. This meeting was sponsored and organized by the EU Consortium RadioNet within the Sixth Framework Program of the European Commission. The aim of the workshop was to review the current state-of-the-art in the field of correlator development, in an attempt to identify those technologies (including software, hardware and hybrid approaches) that might best address the requirements of future radio instruments, including the SKA and related SKA pathfinder projects. |
