Preparing the Lofarian fields

| Description: | This series of images shows the preparation of the fields near Exloo for LOFAR Core Station 1 (CS1), which will be tested this autumn. CS1 will consist initially of 96 Low Band antennas (30-90 MHz), which will be placed in 3 groups of 16, and one of 48. Soon after, the same number of High Band antennas (110-240 MHz) will be added. |
