The picture was taken on august 12th at about 01:28 (CEST) and is a 30 second exposure through a 50mm f1.4 lens. The picture was taken from the heath behind the Dwingeloo Telescope, facing North: the bright stars to the bottom left of the image are Alcor and Mizar from Ursa Major. |
