Goodbye to Eva

| Description: | After almost three years at ASTRON, Eva leaves the institute and the country, only to become more closely connected to the LOFAR project. During her farewell-reception, she started training for her next job as a LOFAR station manager. We hope that the next 95 dipoles will arrive soon, but recommend against fixing these with four chairs each. Why? There are too many metal parts in these chairs, and, as our little experiment has shown, the stability of this system is unsatisfying. So, goodbye Eva! And: See you soon! |
