| Description: | The weather in The Netherlands continues to be beautiful, providing a chance for the ASTRON and JIVE astronomers and engineers to fraternize in a game of baseball. As the pictures show, both young and old participated on a Sunny Sunday. The quality of the game was surprisingly high considering our limited experience in this typically American game. The event was followed by a nutritious barbecue to make up for all the lost calories. It was a wonderful day. Many thanks to our Korean American for organizing this event. We should do this more often. |
