Noto is back!

| Description: | After 2 years of repair work, the Noto telescope has joined the European VLBI Network again. Last Thursday, it participated in the Ftp-Fringe tests at 5 cm and to our great pleasure it successfully showed fringes!!! The day after, Noto also joined the Ftp-Fringe tests at X-band and again it showed fringes. This is an important step forward for Noto, which will hopefully make the Italian antenna fully operational in the next sessions.
