| Description: | Observing at <100 MHz with LOFAR is still challenging, but our understanding of the instrument systematic effects is getting more and more complete. From top-left to bottom-right: Each line is a station, blue to red from core to remote. All plots show differential values w.r.t. CS001. The sum of these effects (clock+ionospheric 1st, 2nd and 3rd order) seems to describe all the phase systematic errors present in LBA data when solving in the direction of a strong calibrator. Correlation between nearby stations and between different ionospheric orders is expected and observed. |
