Late Dutch winter: a chance of rainbows

Description: Last Thursday evening when I was about to leave the office the local weather gave me a pleasant surprise. It displayed a bright and clear rainbow with primary and secondary bow just in front of the ASTRON building. Luckily I did not hesitate to get my cell phone out and take this photo because just a couple of minutes later the rainbow was gone.
