New aerial images of ASTRON

| Description: | This image, taken in the summer of 2022, shows the ASTRON premises. Apparently, the photo was taken in a weekend, since there are no cars in the parking lot. The resolution of the original is 25cm - the 8cm version is also nice. Originals can be viewed in the PDOK viewer (PDOK is 'publieke data op de kaart'). The Dwingeloo Test Station was operational when this picture was taken. It could be a nice exercise to date the image using the state of the HBA tiles. When this image was taken, the Dwingeloo telescope stared at the North Celestial Pole for a few weeks. |
