| Description: | This Daily Image shows the 4 laptops I have used since joining ASTRON in October of 2008, along with the approximate year I started using each. A quick estimation suggests that each has been (or will be) used for approximately 10,000 hrs of emailing, Slacking, coding, calculating, analyzing, interpreting, writing and presenting.
It makes me think about the various things I've worked on during the past 15 years at ASTRON, but also the environmental cost of the instruments and tools that we use.
