As a scientist turned into start-up entrepreneur, I'm fascinated by this challenge, and I'm developing products/services to support people build healthier lifestyles in a sustainable way. One of the products is called the Life Support System Workshop (LSSW), and I just finished delivering the first one at a Tech company with headquarters in Delft. In this talk, I will share the vision behind LSSW, the way I've attempted to track and quantify the impact that the workshop had on its participants, and what I've learned from the experience.
