Registration

There is only one registration fee that includes the participation to all events from 20-23 May.

The registration fee amounts to € 200 and includes:

• Welcoming reception on 20 May at 18:00
• Coffee/tea/lunches during the meetings
• Workshop dinner on Tuesday 21 May

The deadline for registration and payment of the registration fee is 30 April 2019. If you plan to submit an abstract, you can find here the relevant information.

It will be possible to waive the registration fee for some students and beginning researchers. The budget for this support is limited, and requests must be received by the 30 April deadline. You can send an e-mail to the LOC at lofarworkshop@astron.nl, stating the stage of your career, explaining other relevant circumstances, and giving your motivation for attending the conference. Decisions will be communicated by 3 May.
