| Description: | On Thursday 26 July 2007, a small informal gathering took place to mark the internment of Grote Reber's ashes at the Dwingeloo radio telescope. The ceremony was attended by friends and colleagues of Reber, including: Martin George (Queen Victoria Museum, Tasmania), Ken Kellermann (NRAO) and Dave Jauncey (ATNF). Also in attendance were various local astronomers who knew Grote and the CAMRAS radio amateur society. The plaque was unveiled by CAMRAS chairman Remco den Besten and Dave Jauncey.
