| Description: | Every year, in the dark and miserable days of December, everyone at ASTRON and JIVE is cheered up by a Christmas High Tea. It is called that despite the lack of muffins, clotted cream or scones. Instead, there are drinks, small tidbits to eat, and a Christmas parcel at the end. The latter is given out for the very last time by Pieter Jager, who has done this for more years than most can remember.
The event is organized by a grand coalition of the Personeels Vereniging, Algemene Zaken, Eurest and others. The picture shows, from left to right, your charming Eurest hostesses Greetje Hofman, Joke de Vries and Margreet Bakker. They are an important and highly appreciated ingredient of the ASTRON/JIVE family. |
