Talks

Talks will have the following durations:


- Review: 25+5
- Invited: 16+4
- Contributed: 12+3

All talks will be given from a shared computer to ensure a smooth and rapid transition between presentations. We will support the latest versions of Acrobat Reader, Keynote, Powerpoint, OpenOffice, and LibreOffice. Note that we plan to make the presentations available online after the conference. In case you want to provide a censored version of your talk to go online, please notify the LOC during the conference.


There will be no proceedings of this conference

 

 

Posters

The maximum size allowed for posters is 84 x 120 cm or 33 x 47 inches (A0 format).


Posters will be advertised during breaks, through continuous rotation of slides (1 per poster) on the screen of the conference hall. Poster authors who are willing to exploit this opportunity are kindly requested to provide 1 slide in pdf format to the LOC, who will assemble all slides in a single presentation. You can share your slide with the LOC by uploading it to the following Google Drive folder by ***12 June, 5 pm***: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B2GSw_7WVzZ_U3FwVFltVF9yR0U?usp=sharing

The filename of your pdf slide MUST start with your surname.
