Registration

To register for the meeting(s) please fill in the fields below.

There is only one registration fee that includes the participation to both the Science Conference on 19-23 June and the 4th LOFAR Users meeting on 23 June.

The registration fee amounts to € 250 for early registration and € 325 for late registration (deadlines given below). It includes:

• Welcoming reception on 19 June
• Coffee/tea/lunches during the meetings
• Conference social activity on 21 June afternoon
• Conference dinner on 21 June

For the social activity, it will be possible to choose one of several options.

More details will be posted on this website in due course.

The deadline for abstract submission is 2 April 2017.
The deadline for early registration is 1 May 2017.
The deadline for late registration is 15 May 2017.

If you plan to submit an abstract for The Broad Impact of Low Frequency Observing Science conference, you can find here the relevant information.

It will be possible to waive the registration fee for some students and beginning researchers. The budget for this support is limited, and requests must be received by the 2 April deadline. You can send an e-mail to the LOC at lowfrequency2017@astron.nl, stating the stage of your career, explaining other relevant circumstances, and giving your motivation for attending the conference. Decisions will be communicated by 1 May.
